Comments from Kevin: Excellent hardood floor for dancing built in. Nice bar area downstairs. The Red Mile was recently renovated. The Round Barn is available to have an indoor ceremony as a plan B in case of rain (can hold 200~250 people).

There is a video shot at the Round Barn on the multimedia page of this web site. The clubhouse can seat 350 for a sit-down meal. Required in-house catering is Bayou Bluegrass Catering. Seating outdoors on patio deck is also available.
Price range: $1500 for clubhouse, $950 for Round Barn, both which include linens, silver ware, tables, etc.Additional fees: Clean up for an outside weddding is $300. Kegs are $300 each. Wine is $23 a bottle. $100 bar set up fee, $75 bartender fee per 100 guests.
Restrictions: Have to use Bayou as your caterer. Can anyone confirm if there is a minimum amount you have to spend on food? -Kev
