Frances is a Magistrate / Justice of the Peace for Fayette County (May 2006). It is an elected office, but she is currently able to perform ceremonies within Fayette County only. She has been performing weddings here for 17 yrs. You can call her during the day or evening. If she isn't available, you can get some other justice's numbers at the county clerk's office.
